Authorizing a $5,267,529.00 design professional services contract with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for the Water Master Plan and Risk Based Asset Management Plan Update project.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized to execute Contract No. 9779 in the amount of $5,267,529.00 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for the Water Master Plan and Risk Based Asset Management Plan Update project, Project No. 80002372.  A copy of the contract is on file in the office of Water Services.

 

                     Section 2. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized a maximum expenditure of $5,267,529.00 from Account No. 24-8010-807773-611040-80002372, Water Treatment Facilities, to satisfy the cost of this contract.
