Prairie View Road to N. Amity Avenue; accepting said Special Warranty Deed for Parkway purposes as identified on the Major Street Plan that shall comply with Section 88-323 of the Zoning and Development Code; and directing the Clerk to record a certified copy of this ordinance with the Platte County, Missouri Recorder of Deeds.
