BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That Chapter 88, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A-1398, rezoning an area of approximately 22.73 acres generally located at 8201 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway, and 7900 N.W. 101st Ter from Districts M2-3 (Manufacturing 2 (dash 3)) and B3-3 (Community Business (Dash 3)) to District M2-3 Manufacturing 2 (Dash 3), said section to read as follows:

Section 88-20A-1398. That an area legally described as:

Platte County Parcel ID: 17-7.0-36-000-008-002.000 and 17-7.0-36-000-009-002.000 and 17-7.0-36-000-010-007.000

All that part of the Northwest Quarter and all that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 52, Range 34, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North One-Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 36; thence North 0 degrees 30 minutes 21 seconds East along the West line of said Southwest Quarter 1,326.34 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter, said point being also the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 36; thence North 0 degrees 30 minutes 59 seconds East along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, 1,323.47 feet to the Northwest corner of the South One-Half of said Northwest Quarter, said ...
