WHEREAS, on March 14, 2022, the Arterial Street Impact Fee District A Advisory Committee recommended allocating $2,100,000.00 for construction of North Platte Purchase Drive from Shoal Creek Parkway south towards the east entrance to Platte Purchase Park; and

WHEREAS, on March 14, 2022, the Arterial Street Impact Fee District A Advisory Committee recommended allocating $200,000.00 for construction of Old Stagecoach Road from North Belton Avenue to Line Creek Parkway; and

WHEREAS, on March 14, 2022, the Arterial Street Impact Fee District E Advisory Committee recommended allocating $200,000.00 for the design of Waukomis Drive from Englewood Road south to the City limits near I-29; and

WHEREAS, on March 14, 2022, the Arterial Street Impact Fee District E Advisory Committee recommended allocating $600,000.00 for the design of Line Creek Parkway (currently Waukomis Drive) from the north end of Frank Vaydik Park to N.W. 68th Street; and

WHEREAS, on March 14, 2022, the Arterial Street Impact Fee District E Advisory Committee recommended allocating $600,000.00 for the design of N.W. 56th Street from Northwood Road to the I-29 interchange; and

WHEREAS, the Platte Purchase Drive is in the Platte Purchase TIF Plan and the Old Stagecoach Road Project is within the KCI Corridor TIF boundaries and plan and impact fee allocations for these projects provide gap financing which will allow for construction in 2022; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the recommendations of the Arterial Street Impact Fee Committees for project allocations in the Impact Fee Districts are hereby approved.
