COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 220295

Amending Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the Kansas City, Missouri, Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Sections 2-1075 and 2-1078 and enacting in lieu thereof sections of like numbers and subject matters to provide pay scales in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with IAFF Local 3808 and Ordinance Number 220222, and establishing an effective date.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, entitled "Administration," relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 2-1075 and 2-1078 and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like number and subject matter, to read as follows:
Sec. 2-1075. Salary schedules; pay grades therein.
The following salary schedules are hereby adopted:
