Establishing Fund No. 2582, Platte County COVID19 Fund in the records of the City of Kansas City, Missouri; estimating revenue in the amount of $3,311,200.00 and appropriating $3,311,200.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Platte County COVID19 Fund; authorizing the Director of the Health Department to expend up to $756,293.00 on eligible COVID-19 expenditures; authorizing the Fire Chief of the Kansas City Fire Department to expend up to $1,840,455.00 on eligible COVID-19 expenditures; authorizing the Director of Finance to expend up to $689,452.00 on eligible COVID-19 expenditures made by all other departments; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
