Approving and accepting an agreement with the Missouri Department of Health whereby the State will provide $76,000.00 in funding for one year beginning April 1, 1993, to support the City's HIV/AIDS services coordination, nutrition services/food outreach, and transportation services; establishing a revenue account and reducing the appropriation in Account No. 100-050-2421B by $32,768.00 and appropriations by $32,768.00 to reflect this level of funding; and recognizing an emergency.
