Authorizing Amendment No. 2 to a design services agreement with Olsson Associates in the amount of $363,619.00 for the Route 350 Highway and Noland Road Improvements Project for a total contract amount of $1,317,738.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $363,619.00 for additional design services for Project No. 89008226 - Route 350 Highway and Noland Road Improvements; from funds previously appropriated to Account No. AL-3520-898017-B-89008226 in the GO Bond 2020 Q1 Fund for a total contract amount of $1,317,738.00.  A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the Director of the Public Works Department.

Section 2. That the Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Department, to assure fair representation by socially and economically disadvantaged groups, approved for this amendment a twelve (12%) percent representation by Minority Owned Businesses and a twelve (12%) percent representation by Women Owned Businesses.
