Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a one year lease agreement with one two-year option to renew with Giving Hope & Help, Inc., for the use of an office space at Robert J. Mohart Center, located at 3200 Wayne Room 216 and 226, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Giving Hope & Help, Inc. for the purpose of the use of an office space beginning October 15, 2021 and ending October 14, 2022.  A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.

 

Section 2. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Giving Hope & Help, Inc. lease agreement:
