BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with A K Lee Construction, LLC, for the purpose of the use of an office space beginning August 31, 2021 and ending August 30, 2024.  A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.

Section 2. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the amount of $1,577.70 pursuant to the AK Lee Construction, LLC lease agreement:
