Authorizing a $248,262.00 Design Professional Services Contract Amendment No. 4 with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc., for the Twin Creeks Storm Risk/Needs Assessment for Planning and Development Assistance project; and authorizing a total contract amount of $624,816.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized to execute a Design Professional Services Contract Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 322 in the amount of $248,262.00, for a total contract amount of $624,816.00, with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc., for the Twin Creeks Storm Risk/Needs Assessment for Planning and Development Assistance project, Project No. 82000225.  A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of Water Services.

 

Section 2. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized a maximum expenditure of $248,262.00 from Account No. 22-8200-802330-B, Flood Control NC2, to satisfy the cost of this amendment.
