Mohart Center, located at 3200 Wayne Avenue, Rooms 201, 202, 202A, 203, 208, 209, and 210, Kansas City Missouri, 64109.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness lease agreement:

25-1000-071600-457500                                                               Space Rental Charges                                                                             $8,008.16

                     Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each, attached hereto in substantial form, with Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness for the purpose of the use of an office space beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025.
