Directing the City Manager to continue to coordinate development strategies related to Westside development policies and patterns, utilizing recommendations from existing City policies, ongoing planning activities, and infill housing strategies to provide guidance for development in the community, and to report back to the City Council within 90 days of passage of this resolution.
