BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1.  That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No 8 with Crawford Murphy & Tilly for design professional services for Contract 62200528 - Landside Pavement Design adding $296,205.24 for a total contract amount of $3,450,971.57.  A copy of the amendment is on file in the Aviation Department.

Section 2.  That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to amend and increase this contract by a contingency amount not to exceed $29,620.52.

Section 3.  That the sum of $325,825.76 has been previously appropriated to Account No. 25-8300-627270-B-62230571.
