Amending Chapter 88, the Zoning and Development Code, by repealing Section 88-110, Residential Districts, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter for the purpose of creating standards for infill development; repealing section 88-420-04, Exemptions, Reductions and Special Area Standards, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter in order to add parking standards for infill residential development; repealing section 88-535, Minor Subdivisions, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter to revise the minor subdivision process; amending Section 88-610-03-C, Lot Consolidation; amending Section 88-810, Definitions, to add and revise definitions relevant to new code sections concerning infill development; and directing the City Manager to cause a review of this Ordinance no later than 18 months after the effective date.
