Estimating revenue in the amount of $12,064.00 in the General Fund; and authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a one-year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each with Parson & Associates, LLC, for the purpose of office space at 1780 Woodland Avenue, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri 64108.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Parson & Associates, LLC lease agreement:

24-1000-071600-457500                                                               Space Rental Charges                                                 $12,064.00

                     Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each, attached hereto in substantial form, with Parson & Associates, LLC for the purpose of the use of an office space beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024.
