Appropriating $87,652.50 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Downtown Arena Debt Fund to the Parking Expense account; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1.  That the sum of $87,652.50 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance to the following account of the Downtown Arena Debt Fund:

 

23-5050-891296-B                                                                                    Parking Expense                                                               $87,652.50

 

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby designated requisitioning authority for account number 23-5050-891296.

 

Section 3.  That this ordinance, relating to appropriating money, is recognized as having an accelerated effective date as provided in Section 503(a)(3)(C) of the City Charter and shall take effect in accordance with Section 503, City Charter.
