Recognizing the Kansas City Outlaws on being the first team to call the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri their home.

WHEREAS, the Kansas City Outlaws is one of the first 8 teams that will compete in the groundbreaking PBR Team Series and will be the first team that will call T-Mobile Center their home venue; and
WHEREAS, in 2022, the PBR launched the PBR Team Series, an elite new league featuring the world's top bull riders competing on eight teams in games beginning in June; and
WHEREAS, the eight founding teams are the Kansas City Outlaws, Nashville Stampede, Austin Gamblers, Missouri Thunder (Ridgedale, Missouri), Carolina Cowboys (Winston-Salem, North Carolina), Oklahoma Freedom (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), Texas Rattlers (Fort Worth, Texas), and Arizona Ridge Riders (Glendale, Arizona); and
WHEREAS, the PBR Team Series builds on the existing structure of professional bull riding with the same basic rules for judging and scoring qualified 8-second bull rides and events being staged in a tournament-style format with all teams competing in head-to-head matchups against a different opponent each day; and
WHEREAS, full team rosters will be comprised of seven riders on the core roster and three practice squad members with the highest aggregate score of qualified rides among its riders will be declared the winner of each game; and
WHEREAS, the Kansas City Outlaws will be led by Head Coach J.W. Hart who is retired and once was one of the world's best bull riders and was inducted into the PBR Ring of Honor in 2009; and
WHEREAS, Kansas City Outlaws Team owners include Phil Pulley, an entrepreneur and founder of Bad Boy Mowers, a loyal partner of PBR, as well as owner of the popular snack brand, Outlaw Snax who is joined on the ownership team by longtime business partner Lennie Foree; NOW, THEREFORE,
