Authorizing the Director of Aviation to enter into a $2,967,762.15 contract with Comanche Construction, Inc., for the Rehab Terminal B and C Bridges at the Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1.  That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a contract for construction services with Comanche Construction, Inc., in the amount of $2,967,762.15 for Project No. 62230571 - Rehab Terminal B and C Bridges from funds previously appropriated to Account No. FY25-8300-627270-B-62230571.  A copy of the contract is on file in the Aviation Department.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
