WHEREAS; the revenue for this lease was previously estimated in the amount of $35,871.24.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of the General Services Department is authorized to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two (2) options to renew for one (1) year each with Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey for the purpose of an office space located at 1714 E. 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108, a copy of which is attached hereto in substantial form.
