                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

                     Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $125,000.00 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 25-7010-131545-B, in settlement of the claim of Rudy Hernandez, Claim No. S2223-0221, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is approved.
