BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

                     Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $54,500.00 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 24-7010-131545-B-618200, in settlement of the claim of Tyler Keating, Claim No. S2223-0059B, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is approved.
