Section A. That the following property, generally located at the northwest corner of N.E. 104th Street and N. Church Road a depicted on Exhibit A and more specifically described as follows:
A tract in part of Tract 1, as shown on a Minor Plat Lot Line Adjustment recorded at Book J, Page 774 in the Clay County Recorder of Deeds office, in the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 52, Range 32, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows, prepared on March 17, 2026, by John B.
