Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Host City Agreement with the Federation Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”) and the United States Soccer Federation to be appointed as a host city of the 2026 FIFA World Cup; stating the Council's intent to provide funding for certain City services in connection with the 2026 FIFA World Cup; and directing the City Manager to include funding for required City services in the 2025-26 and 2026-27 annual budgets.
