Temporary Traffic Regulations No. 65420 through 65433

Attached is a descriptive list of temporary TRAFFIC REGULATIONS which the Public Works Department is preparing to implement for a 90-day period. This list, dated July 19, 2022, includes Regulation No. 65420 through 65433 consisting of removals and installations of traffic control devices and signs. A brief description of the reasons these changes are being evaluated accompanies the listing.
In accordance with Section 70-38 (e) of the City Code, we are providing you advanced information concerning the actions we propose. Within the next few days, these REGULATIONS will be filed with the City Clerk as official notice to the Council in the form of a Communication.
During the next 90-day period my staff will receive citizen comments and monitor the effect of the new REGULATIONS. We would expect to request an Ordinance to make the changes permanent at the end of the test period.
