RESOLUTION - Appointing Brenton Siverly as an interim director and Krysten Carnes, Kimiko Gilmore, Bill Miller and Matthew Muckenthaler as successor directors to the Performing Arts Community Improvement District.

WHEREAS, the Performing Arts Community Improvement District (“District”) was established by petition of the property owners (“Petition”) and approved by the City Council by Ordinance No. 030504; and
WHEREAS, the Petition provides for interim and successor directors to be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, according to a slate which has been submitted by the District; and
WHEREAS, the District has submitted a slate (“Slate”) to the City Clerk as provided by the Petition; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That Brenton Siverly is appointed as interim director to the Performing Arts Community Improvement District to serve such term as provided for by the Petition and Slate.
Section 2. That the following persons are hereby appointed as successor directors to the Performing Arts Community Improvement District to serve such terms as are provided for by the Petition and Slate:
Krysten Carnes
Kimiko Gilmore
Bill Miller
Matthew Muckenthaler
