Amending Ordinance No. 190024, which approved a development plan in District B2-2 on an approximately 12-acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of I-435 and N.E. Shoal Creek Parkway to allow for a religious assembly use, by deleting condition 15 and revising condition 19 in order to reflect the conditions recommended by the City Plan Commission.
