Approving and authorizing settlement of a lawsuit entitled Patricia St. Vincent and Wayne St. Vincent v. City of Kansas City, Missouri, Case No. 21AE-CV00141.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $95,000.00 for the settlement of claims asserted by Patricia and Wayne St. Vincent in the lawsuit styled Patricia St. Vincent and Wayne St. Vincent v. City of Kansas City, Missouri, Case No. 21AE-CV00141, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay the sum of $95,000.00 in settlement of said claims asserted by Patricia and Wayne St. Vincent in this lawsuit from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 23-7010-131521-B, General Liability Fund.
