Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Tract V; thence South 02 degrees 03 minutes 34 seconds West along the Easterly Line of said Tract V a distance of 344.55 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of said easement; thence leaving said Easterly tract line North 87 degrees 56 minutes 26 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 141.50 feet; thence continuing along said centerline South 64 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 74.17 feet to the end of Centerline of said Storm Sewer Easement.
