BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $115,000.00 in settlement of EEOC Charge No. 563-2021-01918, filed by Chrystal Schroeder, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is hereby approved.

Section 2.  That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay the sum of $115,000.00 in settlement of said claims in this charge of discrimination from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 22-7010-131543-B, Public Official Liability Fund.
